Key/Core skills development
A wide ranging course with real challenges and a chance to develop important, transferable skills.
Suitable for: First or second year apprentices
Duration: 3, 5 or 7 days

- Broad skills coverage including working with others,
communication, problem solving
- Improves apprentices' ability to learn (improving own learning
and performance)
- Provides evidence for related NVQ Level 2 qualifications
- Wide range of activities, including overnight expeditions

Personal and team development
Develop apprentices in line with your business ethos and vision, using adventurous activities to drive their progress.
Suitable for: First or second year apprentices

Project management and leadership
Take senior apprentices through a challenging business simulation, testing and building the skills they need for the next stage of their career.
Suitable for: Third or fourth year apprentices
