Adventure & Exploration is a three, five or seven-day course where participants learn about themselves and explore their place in society. During the course participants have an opportunity to explore their values, understand their strengths and weaknesses, and develop their self-esteem. Participants learn to take responsibility for their actions and to respect others. The course can be delivered non residentially, residentially or a mix of both.
