This course goes up a level, encouraging participants to explore their capabilities and broaden their horizons. They'll be called upon to manage their own time, solve problems, become an effective team player and develop essential leadership skills. We give them real life situations in challenging environments, allowing them to test new strategies and learn new skills. Our instructors ensure that all participants are physically and mentally stretched.
Areas for discussion will include different leadership and coaching styles, self-motivation techniques, what makes a great leader and a great follower, roles of a team leader and a high-performing team, and methods of communication.
