Outward Bound Course Venues
There are four Outward Bound Trust centres providing courses for school and college groups in the UK: Loch Eil in Scotland, Ullswater and Howtown in The Lake District and Aberdovey in Wales. In addition to these four residential centres, The Outward Bound Trust Metro provides non-residential courses across central Scotland.

Ullswater - (The Lake District)

The most beautiful lake in The Lake District National Park is almost certainly Ullswater. Our centre has direct access to the lake and the magnificent peaks beyond.

Howtown - (The Lake District)

Our newest centre, Howtown, with its purpose built accommodation, is situated on the southern side of Ullswater. Backed by the imposing ridge of the High Street fells, it's an inspirational place to be placed - a stunning yet accessible location for learning through adventure.
